Sponsorship

Partnering Daniel Lloyd Racing as a sponsor is a fantastic way of promoting a business, bolstering a marketing strategy or providing customers, suppliers and staff with a truly memorable day out at some of the country’s biggest and most spectacular events.

Importantly too, it’s the only way to be centrally involved in the rise and rise of one of the UK’s most promising and naturally gifted young racing drivers as he strives to carve out a professional career in motorsport at the highest international level. Daniel’s natural racing flair and competitive edge played a major part in him winning the British Racing Drivers’ Club (BRDC) Stars of Tomorrow scholarship.

The prestigious prize gave him the opportunity to graduate from karting to car racing in the 2008 Ginetta Junior Championship and during his maiden season Daniel ended the campaign an excellent fourth overall in the standings.

Making waves in the British Touring Car Championship support category, he raced to three superb wins and two other podium finishes.

For 2009, Daniel will step up to the ELF Renault Clio Cup, a key feeder category to the BTCC. While his graduation up the motor racing ladder will undoubtedly prove to be the biggest challenge of his career, the hardest part will be trying to secure the necessary budget to enable him to continue his incredible progress.

Daniel’s realistic goal is to reach the pinnacle of saloon car or sportscar racing so, for the 2009 season and beyond, we’re seeking sponsors who wish to join him on his journey to the top and who also want to enjoy the benefits such an association would bring.

Sponsorship packages can be tailored to suit an individual or business and such options with Daniel Lloyd Racing offer far more than a regular advertising opportunity which can so often have limited return on investment.

As during his debut season in Ginetta Junior, Daniel's participation in the 2009 ELF Renault Clio Cup will be watched by an average spectator attendance at each race circuit of around 30,000. Races will once again be screened live on ITV4 throughout the UK - reaching over 90 per cent of the country’s households – with additional highlights packages too.

Racing on the support package of the BTCC, Daniel is most certainly in the perfect shop window as he aims to develop his motor racing career. It’s also the ideal place in which to promote a business and enjoy first class hospitality. In-line with the step-up in professionalism which Daniel’s graduation from karting to car racing has seen, he is more than aware of the possibilities which good PR can bring to not only his racing career, but also how it can benefit sponsorship partners. To that end he has his own, dedicated PR and media service.

In a nut-shell, key benefits to sponsors during 2009 and beyond include…
